Himalayan Asia Treks means Himalayan Asia Treks and Expedition P. Ltd.
Customer means who buy our travel related services.
In event of any conflict, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail.

Himalayan Asia Treks is acting as a Booking Agent for travel and trekking in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet. The Payment of ant Travel and Trekking services offered by Himalayan Asia Treks, authorized to do business as Himalayan Asia Treks, constitutes a contractual agreement between the Customer and Himalayan Asia Treks. Booking Terms and condition are accurate at the time of printing and subject to change prior to booking. Before confirming booking, please check the latest version of Terms and condition of Company.

Payment:
When you confirmed your trip, please send us 35 percent for Nepal and Tibet, 100 percent for Bhutan advance on total payment through bank transfer, credit transfer or cash and send passport copy, confirm flight tickets.
Payments can be wired by bank transfer, remittance or credit card. You can use any means of transfer according to your convenience.
Final payment should me before starting tour/trek upon arrival in Nepal.
Bank service charges and credit card transfer processing charges should be paid by the clients themselves.

Booking Confirmation:
After making advanced payment, please send us any proof or transfer receipt through email. After getting your payment voucher, we will send Guide, Hotel and Transport detail Voucher.

 Cancellation by Customer:
After sending all confirmation, if any circumstances cannot start trip, 35 percent charge will be applicable from the full trip payment.
If any other circumstance cannot start trip like natural disasters, we suggest same like another trip. If client want do not like then, we will calculated our expenses like room cancellation charges, permit and rest of the amount will be refund.
Money will not refund when you come back fast from trip due to walk fast, other personal reason.

Complaint:
If you have some misunderstand or problem during on your holiday, please inform the Guide or relevant supplier immediately.  If they are unable to resolve the matter, then contact us our Tour Co-Manager from email or call. If you fail to timely inform us, we will not be permitted the opportunity to investigate your complaint and fail to solve your problem. So we request to our Customer to complaint on time.
