Upon arrival in Nepal airport, Himalayan Asia Treks representative welcome in airport. Then transfer to Kapan Monastery and discuss about program with Himalayan Asia Treks Staff. Overnight in Kapan monastery.

At early morning in Kapan Monastery,  Lama start to worshipping in gompa and you can join in puja. At day time , there is some meditation class inside gompa. You will learn about life on spiritual way.

After taking breakfast, our driver will pick up from Namoboudha. Today, we visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square , where you can see typical Newari culture with old durbar.
