Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek begins with a scenic flight to Lukla. Day to Day Itinerary

Himalayan Asia Treks representative receive in Tribhuwan International Airport, we will transfer to on your selected luxury hotel in Kathmandu. After fresh up on your selected luxury hotel, we will meet at lobby or our office and introduce your guide and check for your equipment required.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

At morning, we take breakfast in the hotel and transfer to the domestic airport according to your flight schedule. Twin Otter operates adventurous flight to Lukla every day. Another option is via Helicopter but you have to pay extra. Either way, we will reach Lukla, and start our Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek hiking to Phakding the first day of arrival. We will pass the spectacular view Dudh Koshi River valley, of Mt Nupla (5885m), Kusum Kanguru (6367m) and Kwongde Range.

After finishing breakfast in hotel, we start our hiking towards Namche Bazar. The trail follows the bank of Dudh Koshi River with exciting suspension bridges and Monjo village the starting point of Everest. After crossing Monjo, we will walk through Pine forest, somewhere rhododendron forest, waterfalls and villages Jorsalle. You will get the opportunity the first view Everest. Namche Bazar is known as the gateway of Everest and one of the biggest village of Sherpa communities.

After breakfast, we will explore Namche Bazar like Khumjung village and short hike up towards Everest View hotel. We will visit Sherpa museum and explore lifestyle & culture. Today trail from Namche Bazar is gentle to began with path passes around the ridges then descends down to the valley of Dudh Koshi River. We passes Pine forest, rhododendron bushes and will visit one of the biggest monastery name Tengboche monastery. After visiting Tengboche monastery in Tengboche village , we head down towards Deboche.

Overnight in Deboche :Yeti Mountain Home ( not operating ) If Not Culture Home.

Through the rhododendron bushes heading down to cross the Imja Khola, with constant sightings of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Nuptse where offering the most spectacular views.Our trail goes uphill and spectacular view of Sherpa village of Dingboche.

Overnight in Dingboche : Hotel Good Luck.

Today is the second day of acclimatization in Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek. Today, we will take breakfast and explore around Dingboche and short hiking towards Chhukang Village . Chhukang is the junction of Island Peak Climbing.

The trail descents towards Everest Base Camp through alpine meadows, summer Yak pasture and Khumbu glacier. We will climb Thukla Pass and continue on towards Lobuche from here can see spectacular view of Nuptse and sunset.

Overnight in Lobuche: Hotel Mother Earth or similar.

Today is one of the important and victory day of Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek because you will touch then world highest base camp. Enjoy with the view of Khumbu ice fall Nuptse Lhotse Pumari, Khumbutse, Changri, Lola and many other snow capped mountains.

Today, we wake up early and short hike towards Kala Patthar. Kala Patthar is one of the best places for seeing Mt. Everest from 360 degree aerial view. After keeping our best memories, we descent towards Pheriche.

After breakfast, we descend towards Namche Bazar. On the way, we will meet local people and get knowledge about their life style and culture.

Today is the last day of Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek. We will reach Lukla early and you can discuss with your staffs. You can enjoy in Lukla because for this time , its last day in Everest Region.

Nepal Information:

Nepal is a landlocked country located between India and Tibet autonomous region of China. It has the highest peak globally, named Mt Everest (Sagarmatha), and eight heights of the world’s ten tallest mountains. Lumbini is the birthplace of Gautam Buddha place.

Nepal is a small country but tremendous geographic diversity. It rises from Fifty-nine meters to eight thousand eight hundred forty-eight meters. Nepal is divided into three parts Terai, Hill, and mountain regions.

Here, the first language is Nepal (Devanagari script) and one hundred twenty-three languages. The official language of Nepal is called Nepali.

Passport and Visa:

The first thing for traveling anywhere, you need a valid passport with at least six months. After that, you can obtain a visa for Nepal from Nepalese consulates or on arrival in Kathmandu or other borders. Or most reliable source of information is currently the Department of Immigration Nepal. If you fill out the online form and bring it with you, it would be easier to get a visa on any Nepal border.


Nepal’s climate varies with its topography and altitude. The low land Terai area has a hot and humid climate that can rise above 40 degrees Celsius during summer, middle region weather is pleasant almost all the year, and northern region temperature is always cold.

Nepal has four seasons:

  • Spring: Mar-May: The temperature is suitable in this season, and many flowers blossom and best season for trekking.
  • Summer: (Jun-Aug): Monsoon season in Nepal, weather is hot and wet at times.
  • Autumn: (Sep-Nov): This is the best season for tours and treks in Nepal. At that time, the weather is delightful so are the mountains and Himalayas. This season is also the season of festivals as Nepal celebrates the most significant festival Nepali name Dashain and Tihar.
  • Winter : (Dec-Feb): This season is known as the Cold season, so it’s not a good time for high altitude trekking time.

Best Time to Go Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek:

The best season to do trekking in Nepal is September to November and March to May. December and January are also possible to trekking, but the winter season would be cold and snowfall; we can suggest the lower part of mountain trekking. On the other hand, June, July, and August is the raining season, so we recommend contacting us for the best trek.

Is it suitable trekking for me?

If you are physically fit and love to walk, then you can choose any trekking itinerary from our website to suit you. If you choose a long day’s program, you have t walk more days in the mountain. Hotel/ Accommodation on Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek:

We provide our client in the City area best Five stars (above three stars is on the client requested) and Five-star category hotels during the trek. A Teahouse/lodge is the combination of a guest house and restaurant where rooms are usually decorated and available bed, pillow, and blankets. In every trekking route, we provide only a teahouse/lodge because there is no availability of a deluxe hotel.

Meals Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek:

The meal which is provided in the trekking area is included breakfast, lunch and dinner. We provide breakfast and dinner where you stay overnights, and our guide will choose a restaurant for lunch on the way. Our guide and other staff always give priority to served delicious, hygienic, and each place special food. We recommend you bring water purification tablets.

Guide and porter Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek:

We provide you best staff to you who have good experience and government license. In a group, we provide one guide till 16 pax and one porter for each two-person. One porter carries 15 kg.

Personal Expenses Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek:

Personal expenses mean which is not covered your package column cost include. Usually, you have to pay for table drinks (alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages), snacks (on the trek), tips, souvenirs, hot showers, and an extra day if the flight is cancelled or any other natural disasters.
