Gosaikunda Lake Trekking begins with a drive Dhunche on the winding road along the Trishuli River. We will get to see beautiful views of rivers, dense forests, terraced fields, and small settlements on the way. From Dhunche, we will begin trekking towards Thulo Syabru through the landslide section. Thulo Syabru will welcome us with superb views of Ganesh Himal and Langtang Himal. Further, we will ascend to Gosaikunda via Chandanbari. On the way, we will see a stunning view of Mt. Himalchuli (7,893 m), Mt. Manaslu (8,156 m), Langtang Lirung (7,227 m), and Ganesh Himal (7,429 m). At Chandanbari village, we will visit a small cheese factory and the famous Sing Gompa. Further, crossing a small ridge, we will get to see the first glimpse of the holy lake, Gosaikunda. There are numerous small lakes around Gosaikunda Basin; however, the main three are Saraswatikunda, Bhairabkunda, and Gosaikunda.

Accommodations on Gosaikunda Lake Trek:
During Gosaikunda Lake Trek, you will stay in the guest house or lodge. The rooms will be small and twin-sharing.. The washrooms will also be on a sharing basis with other guests. Please note that the services in the guest house or lodge will be very basic. Similarly, in Kathmandu, you will stay in a three-star hotel. The rooms will be big and comfortable.
Gosaikunda Lake Trek difficulty:
Gosaikunda Lake Trek is a moderate trek in the Langtang region. The trail is relatively easy than many other trails of Nepal. However, the frequent ascends & descends on the rocky and steep path will make the journey a little difficult. You do not need to have previous trekking experience to go on Gosaikunda Lake Trekking.
Best Season to go on Gosainkunda Lake Trekking:
The best time to go on trekking to Gosaikunda Lake is from spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November). You can also go on Gosaikunda Lake trek in January, however, the cold weather might not be the best fit for everyone. - Winter: (Dec-Feb): This season is known as Cold season so it’s not good time for high altitude trekking time.
Best Time to Go Trekking in Nepal:
The best to do trekking in Nepal is September to November and March to May. December and January is also possible to do trekking but winter season so it would be cold and snowfall, we can suggest lower part of mountain trekking. June, July and August is raining season so we suggest contacting us for best trek.

Hotel/ Accommodation on Gosaikunda Trek:
We provide to our client in City area best three star (above three star is on client requested) and lodge/teahouse during the trek. A Teahouse/lodge is the combination of guest house and restaurant where rooms are normally decorated and available bed, pillow and blankets. In every trekking route, we provide only teahouse/lodge because there is no availability of deluxe hotel.
Meals Gosaikunda Trek:
The meal which is provided in trekking area is included breakfast, lunch and dinner. We provide breakfast and dinner where you stay overnights and our guide will choose restaurant for lunch on the way. Our guide and other staff always give priority t served delicious, hygienic and each place special food. We recommended you to bring water purification tablets.
Guide and porter Gosaikunda Trek:
We provide you best staff to you who have good experience and government license. In a group, we provide one guide till 16 pax and one porter for each two person. One porter carries 15 kg .
