Bhutan Visa Information | Bhutan Visa for Travel 

Getting a visa for travel in Bhutan has to process by Bhutan Tour Operators or their international partner. Every foreigner (exclude Indian, Bangladesh, and Maldives) has to take a visa; they are issued only from Thimpu by the Department of Immigration. 

Most Visas are approved in the Thimpu who have booked Bhutan Tour or Bhutan Trek with Bhutan Local Operator or their foreign travel agent. Tour operator applies for a tourist visa from Bhutan Tourism Council in Thimpu after sending your Tour or trekking cost in Bhutan through Bank. 

Before issuing a permit for entering Bhutan, travelers have to send the total tour cost to the account of the Bhutan Tour Operator or their foreign partner account to the Bhutan Tourism Council. The cash holds with the Bhutan Tourism Council until your travel complete. 

Flight to Bhutan / Paro/Thimpu :

Travelers can find a direct flight from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Singapore, and Thailand. Among the above countries, Nepal is the more accessible and best route towards Bhutan Tour. If you choose a Bhutan flight from Nepal, then you can request multiple entry visas in Nepal.

According to Bhutan Tourism Council, travelers have to pay USD250.00 per person per day in high season and USD200.00 for the low season, including the best three-star hotel, ground transport, all meals, entrance fees, and guide. 

Visa issued at Paro airport, but you can get a visa from Phuentsholing, Gelephu, or Samdrup Jongkhar in Bhutan if you are entering by road.
