At the pass, a great view of the Gokyo lakes on one side, the Rermo Pokhari lakes on the other side, and a myriad of snowy peaks in the background provide this incredible atmosphere. The alternative route is much easier. From Gokyo, the trail descends along the opposite bank of the Dudh Kosi.

Three of ten days trekking are completely off-the-beaten-track, and it is well worth the detour. Experience authentic Sherpa culture, relatively untouched by the hustle of tourism in the main circuit. We stay in Sherpa homes in Thamo and Phortse, both stunning villages. The route lies in the highest wildlife reserve in the world, the Sagarmatha National Park. It covers an area of 1,148 square kilometres of Himalayan ecological zone. Day to Day Itinerary

Meet by our Himalayan Asia Treks representative in the airport and transfer to the hotel. Our representative assists to check in the hotel process and give a short brief about the program. You can take rest and fresh. You can walk in the evening in colorful Thamel (tourist hub of Kathmandu).

After taking breakfast, transfer to the airport for taking flight towards Lukla (2860m). Upon arrival on the airport your guide gives you brief and introduce other staff. We start our trek descending towards Dudhkoshi River, from where we can join main trail to Namche Bazar. The walking is easy and after passing a village of Ghat, after short walking we reach Phakding.

After taking breakfast, we move towards Namche Bazar. We cross Dudh Koshi river, majestic river many time exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. On the way, we can see Kusum Kangru(6369m) and Thamsherku(6623m). The trek continues upstream on generally flat terrain, crossing back to the right bank and continue of the Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi river. From here , we steep ascent to the Namche Bazar. This Bazar is called of gateway of Mt. Everest.

After taking breakfast, Trekking start up 3 to 4 hour climb up from the Namche, and at 3,500 meters, traditionally the village was a trading post, with locals bartering yak cheese and butter for agricultural goods grown at lower altitudes. The village also boasts three small museums, a stupa, monastery, several cafes (locally known as bakeries) and many well stocked stores. Overnight in Namche Bazar.

After taking breakfast, we move towards Thame. We pass beautiful view on the way.We go slightly down towards Thame. Thame is the last point Khumbu valley and can see old civilization. We can see large praying flags, chorten, carved Mani stones. Explore local monastery in Thame village. Overnight in Thame.

After taking breakfast, we move towards Lungdang. Today , we can see walled Sherpa village, more species flora and fauna along with unique Sherpa culture. This is the way old trading route from Namche to Tibet boarder.

Today, we start our journey at early morning. To pass this Renjo la pass , it will take roughly 4 hrs. From there we can see stunning view of Everest range , Tengboche monastery, Chola glaciers and many more. We cross Yak Kharka and some lakes. For downwards, it will take roughly 3 hours. We walk towards Sherpa village name Gokyo village.

We start our trek early morning to pass another important pass of our trekking routes name Cho La Pass. In the pass, we can find the prayers flag and cairns. After crossing the pass, we walk towards Thangnak. the trail brings us towards one of the longest glaciers in Nepal name Ngozumpa glacier. After passing glacier, we walk Gokyo lakes. On the way, we found many lakes and reach at Gokyo village.

At early morning, we walk towards Gokyo Ri. On the way, we can find enjoy different lake and peaks. From lake, we can see astonishing view of Cho-Oyo, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Makalu Himalayas. We back to Gokyo village and rest in there.

We start our trek early morning. Today also we have to walk ups and downs. For reaching Renjo La Pass , it will take 2.5 hrs with panoramic view of himalayan view, Gokyo valley, lakes and Rolwaling range. We can see Mt. Everest from the pass. We descend towards Marlung.

There can be a tendency now to rush, particularly as we are walking downhill, but there is still much to see. We descend to Pangboche and visit its historic old monastery, thought to be the oldest in the Khumbu. Continue on to our private permanent camp at Deboche for the night. Overnight in Namche Bazar.

Nepal Short Information:

Nepal is landlocked country located between India and Tibet autonomous region of China. It have highest peak of the world name Mt Everest (Sagarmatha) and eight peaks of the world’s ten highest peaks. It is birthplace of Gautam Buddha place name is Lumbini.
Nepal is small country but tremendous geographic diversity. It rises from Fifty nine meters to eight thousand eight hundred forty eight meters. Nepal is divided into three part Terai, Hill and mountain regions.

Best Time to Go Trekking in Nepal:

The best to do trekking in Nepal is September to November and March to May. We provide to our client in City area best three star (above three star is on client requested) and lodge/teahouse during the trek. A Teahouse/lodge is the combination of guest house and restaurant where rooms are normally decorated and available bed, pillow and blankets. In every trekking route, we provide only teahouse/lodge because there is no availability of deluxe hotel.

The meal which is provided in trekking area is included breakfast, lunch and dinner. We provide breakfast and dinner where you stay overnights and our guide will choose restaurant for lunch on the way. Our guide and other staff always give priority t served delicious, hygienic and each place special food. We recommended you to bring water purification tablets.

Guide and porter Everest Base Camp Trek Renjo La Pass:

We provide you best staff to you who have good experience and government license. In a group, we provide one guide till 16 pax and one porter for each two person. One porter carries 20 kg .
