Day 1Arrival. Meet by our Himalayan Asia representative in airport and transfer to the hotel. Our representative assists to check in hotel process and give short brief about program. You can take rest and fresh. You can walk in evening in Thamel (tourist hub of Kathmandu). Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 2Yoga class and drive to Kapan monastery, Boudhanath and Namoboudha.At early morning, your Yoga instructor will comes hotel and take towards Yoga place. After finishing Yoga, drive towards Kapan monastery, Boudhanath Stupa and Namoboudha. After reaching in Namoboudha, we do meditation class. Overnight in Namoboudha.
Day 3Yoga and Meditation in Namoboudha. From early morning to evening, we do Yoga, meditation class and some spiritual class by GURU. Overnight in Namoboudha.
Day 4Drive towards Pokhara. After taking Yoga class, drive towards Pokhara. On the way , you can see amazing view of mountain and fresh river. Take lunch on the way of Trishuli River. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 5Early morning to Sarangkot for Sunrise view and Yoga. At early morning, drive towards Sarangkot for Sunrise and some yoga class in Sarangkot. Drive back to hotel and breakfast. We do city tour of David’s falls, Gupteswor cave and in evening World peace Stupa. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 6Drive to Dhampus or Australian camp.After Yoga class in Pokhara, drive towards Dhampus. Dhampus is small village from where you can see different snow capped mountain with peace and greenery environment. Overnight in Australian camp.
Day 7Yoga and Mediation class. Full day Yoga and Meditation in Dhampus and short hiking. Overnight in Dhampus.
Day 8Drive to Pokhara and fly to Kathmandu. After taking breakfast, drive to Pokhara domestic airport and fly to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu, drive towards hotel and free time for shopping. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 9Drive to Shivpuri or Osho Tapowan for mediation. In this day, its optional day for you , if you are interested to City tour or visit some Ashram. Overnight in Kathmandu.
- How is Nepal?
Nepal is landlocked country located between India and Tibet autonomous region of China. It have highest peak of the world name Mt Everest (Sagarmatha) and eight peaks of the worlds ten highest peaks. It is birthplace of Gautam Buddha place name is Lumbini.

First thing for travelling anywhere, you need valid passport with at least six months. You can obtain visa for Nepal from Nepalese consulates or on arrival in Kathmandu or other boarders or most reliable source of information is currently the Department of Immigration Nepal, if you fill online form and bring with you, then it would be easier to get visa in any Nepal boarder.
Nepal’s climate varies with its topography and altitude. The low land Terai area has hot and humid climate that can rise above 40 degree Celsius during summer, middle region weather is pleasant almost all the year and northern region temperature is always cold.

- When is best season for trek and tour for Nepal?
The best time to come is September, October and November and March, April and May.
- What will happen if get any emergency in the Tour?
We suggest to all our clients do insurance before going tour. If you have any problem, consult with your guide and he will give suggestion. In our office, one staff is available twenty four hours in phone call; you can call him/her.
- Is Nepal safe and especially for single travelling woman?
Absolutely, Nepal is safe for traveler. For woman and man, Nepal is safe. While going trekking, we suggest take one staff with you. If you go by yourself, you donot know right way and can missed way.
- Hotel and Accommodation:
We provide to our client in City area best three stars and yoga resort if availablity. (above three stars is on client requested).
In other City like Kathmandu, Pokhara and other city, we suggest to our client to take lunch and dinner on their interest. We provide best breakfast in hotel. In Chitwan, we provide all meals to our clients with including breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to include all meal in package , then we give you best meal in hotel or restaurant.

Respect local culture and people.The Nepalese people are friendly and hospitalize by nature so you do not have difficulty to adjust in here.While you are entering in Temple, just check in some temple not allowed entering for non Hindus. If there is permitted to enter, please do not wear leather things and walk in Temple and Stupas clockwise. Before taking photograph, please ask authorized person for permission.
