I have nothing but good things to say about Himalayan Asia Treks and Amrit. He was super flexible and responsive in scheduling things, accommodating our various preferences and creating a perfect itinerary for us, and then when we had to adjust the schedule due to a medical issue once we were in Nepal, he was also great about making sure we still had a great time and even taking the initiative to schedule substitute activities for us. Moreover, in comparing notes with a friend who coincidentally happened to go to Bhutan with a different company at almost the exact, same time we were there, we realized that we were getting a much better price than she was. So I highly recommend traveling with Himalayan Asia Treks/Amrit. All the great reviews are justified, and you'll have an amazing time.

We did the 7 day Kathmandu-Chitwan-Pokhara tour. From the start Amrit was extremely flexible and accommodating when it came to any questions around the itinerary/ pick up / drop offs and payments. All transfers were smooth and Amrit gave us lots of useful recommendations for places to withdraw money and obtain e sim etc. He kept us informed of any changes — for example, he adjusted the itinerary to account for rainy weather, ensuring that the scenic drive to Chitwan took place on a dry day and wasn’t affected by the rain.Our tour guide throughout the trip was Keshar -who was excellent. A very friendly, down to earth and enthusiastic person who has a lot of local knowledge of Nepal and its cities. We learnt so much, not only of the sites we were visiting but about the history and rich culture of the country and people who live there. He also gave lots of recommendations of places to eat.The places we visited were stunning, Bandipur village, chitwan national park and catching sight of the Himalayas in Pokhara in particular were highlights - we just wished we’d got to spend a night in the former!Overall would definitely recommend completing a tour with Keshar as your guide.

Amrit delivered everything that we expected and also tailored our trek to our specific requirements. We were fortunate that there were fewer trekkers to EBC since many travellers cancelled due to the political riots a month before. I think that the EBC trek would be far too crowded for my liking under normal circumstances. If I were to advise anyone doing this trek, I'd say go up more slowly than the standard itinerary, to a max of 500 metres elevation per day to avoid headaches or needing diamox. Do some research online and tweak your trek to your needs depending on age and fitness. Amrit's standard package is pretty intense.

I just finished the Short Everest Base Camp Trek (12 days) with Himalayan Asia Treks, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience!
