  • Reliable and delivered everything we expected.

    Rating Review by: Shelley, France

Amrit delivered everything that we expected and also tailored our trek to our specific requirements. We were fortunate that there were fewer trekkers to EBC since many travellers cancelled due to the political riots a month before. I think that the EBC trek would be far too crowded for my liking under normal circumstances. If I were to advise anyone doing this trek, I'd say go up more slowly than the standard itinerary, to a max of 500 metres elevation per day to avoid headaches or needing diamox. Do some research online and tweak your trek to your needs depending on age and fitness. Amrit's standard package is pretty intense.

  • Thimphu Festival Tour 2025

Rating Review by: Mike, United States

We recently joined the Thimphu Festival Tour from Nepal organized by Himalayan Asia Treks, and it turned out to be one of the most enriching travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived in Kathmandu to the final farewell in Bhutan, everything was thoughtfully arranged, smooth, and genuinely memorable. The highlight of the trip was, of course, the Thimphu Festival itself. Watching the vibrant mask dances, traditional music, and deeply spiritual rituals up close was something truly special. It didn’t feel like a typical tourist event—it felt authentic, alive, and rooted in centuries-old Bhutanese culture. The guides did a fantastic job explaining the meaning behind each performance, which made the experience even more meaningful. What really stood out about Himalayan Asia Treks was their attention to detail and personal touch. The entire journey—from flights to accommodations and local transportation—was well-coordinated. The hotels were comfortable, clean, and offered great views, especially in Thimphu and Paro. The itinerary was well-paced, giving us enough time to explore without feeling rushed. Our guide in Bhutan was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about his country. He shared insights into Bhutanese culture, religion, and daily life that you simply wouldn’t get traveling on your own. Visiting places like monasteries, dzongs, and local markets added so much depth to the trip.Traveling from Nepal to Bhutan was also seamless. The team at Himalayan Asia Treks handled all logistics efficiently, including permits and documentation, which made the whole process stress-free.Overall, I highly recommend this Thimphu Festival Tour to anyone looking for a unique cultural journey in the Himalayas. It’s perfect for travelers who want more than just sightseeing—this is about experiencing a living culture in a truly beautiful and peaceful country. Himalayan Asia Treks delivered an exceptional trip, and I would absolutely travel with them again.

  • A Majestic Journey Beyond Imagination: Snowman Trek in Bhutan with Himalayan Asia Treks 🇮🇹🇬🇧

    Rating Review by: Bruno, Italy

If I could describe the Snowman Trek in Bhutan with Himalayan Asia Treks in one word, it would be sublime. This journey is not just a trek; it is a spiritual, cultural, and physical odyssey through the hidden heart of the Himalayas — a rare experience that blends the mystique of Bhutanese tradition with breathtaking mountain grandeur. From the very first moment, the organization by Himalayan Asia Treks was impeccable — a perfect balance between Italian precision and English elegance. Every detail, from the airport pickup in Paro to the final farewell in Thimphu, was handled with warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that made us feel like honored guests rather than tourists. The Snowman Trek itself is truly legendary. Winding through remote valleys, crossing high passes over 5,000 meters, and visiting ancient monasteries untouched by time, it challenges both body and spirit. But every effort is rewarded by surreal landscapes — crystal-clear glacial lakes, wild rhododendron forests, and panoramic views of Bhutan’s sacred peaks like Gangkar Puensum, the highest unclimbed mountain in the world. What made this journey unforgettable was the dedicated support team. Our guides, trained by Himalayan Asia Treks, were knowledgeable, patient, and deeply passionate about their culture. The cook managed to prepare delicious meals even at high altitude — sometimes with a touch of Italian flair — fresh pasta one evening, and hearty Bhutanese ema datshi the next! The porters and horsemen were always smiling, ensuring our comfort through every challenging stage. Each night, as we camped under a blanket of Himalayan stars, surrounded by absolute silence, it felt as if time had stopped. The trek connected us not only to the pristine nature of Bhutan but also to our own inner peace — something words can hardly describe.Highlights of the Snowman Trek with Himalayan Asia Treks:Expertly organized itinerary with careful acclimatizationExperienced local guides fluent in English and familiar with European standardsAuthentic Bhutanese cultural experiences in Laya, Lunana, and remote villagesExcellent camping equipment and freshly prepared hot mealsSeamless logistics from arrival to departure — a true luxury in the wildernessFor anyone who dreams of adventure that goes beyond the ordinary — where nature, culture, and personal challenge unite — the Snowman Trek in Bhutan organized by Himalayan Asia Treks is a masterpiece. It’s a journey that leaves a mark on your soul, like a fine Italian painting or a classic English poem — timeless, beautiful, and deeply moving.Grazie Himalayan Asia Treks! For creating an experience that was not just a trek, but a lifelong memory of Bhutan — the last Shangri-La.
