An amazing trip full of wonderful sights and experiences in three beautiful countries, the trip was extremely well managed by Amrit who provided excellent guides and drivers, I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of taking a similar trip, I found them to be 5 star.

To walk the Snowman Trek is to step into a living canvas of clouds, prayer flags, and towering Himalayan sentinels. It is not merely a trek—it is a pilgrimage of spirit and endurance, one that humbles the body and uplifts the soul.For 25 days, I wandered through a world untouched by haste. We began in the lush valleys of Paro, climbing steadily into the rarified air of the high Himalayas, threading through ancient villages where the only sounds are the wind, the soft murmur of monks at prayer, and the tinkling of yak bells.The landscapes shift like a dream: rhododendron forests shrouded in mist, glacial rivers that roar with untamed grace, and mountain passes that touch the sky—some above 5,000 metres. The altitude is real, the cold is biting, and the terrain demands reverence. But in return, it gifts moments that stay in the marrow: a lone chorten bathed in golden light, the first glimpse of Gangkar Puensum, the world’s highest unclimbed peak, veiled in mystery and snow.The Bhutanese people, with their quiet strength and ready warmth, are the soul of this journey. Our guides—more than just experts—were guardians of tradition and kindness, sharing stories by firelight and watching over us with the care of old friends. The local cook’s dal and ema datshi were more comforting than I ever thought mountain food could be.Each day challenged me. Each night reminded me of why I came. This is our first trekking in Himalayas. When we reached Kathmandu, we found our bags were lost by the airline. So, I thought, we had to give up our dream of trekking EBC. However, Armit from Himalayan Asia took us around and helped us repurchasing all necessary things for the trek and helped us organise ourselves for the trek. If Armit was not there, we wouldn't have done this. During the trek, Ramesh, our guide and Shinda, our porter helped us going out of their way. It was a very pleasant experience all way through, everything went well and we are very happy with what we have achieved. I will recommend anyone who is planning to any trek in Himalayas to choose Himalayan Asia Treks company and Armit's team. While they are a local company, they are also very pleasant individuals to deal with! Thank you Amrit, Ramesh and Shinda for helping us achieve our dream trek, the Everest Base Camp!
