Introduction of Gosaikunda Lake Trek 

Gosaikunda Lake is one of the sacred lakes for religious people also. In a religious view, Lord Shiva saves the universe through drinking poison and the origin of Trishuli River (a famous river for white water rafting). Therefore, Lord Shiva created different lakes Gosaikunda Lake and multiple lakes, including the famous Bhairav Kunda and Naagkunda. The elevation of Gosaikunda Lake is 4380m. in the Rasauwa district and Langtang National Park.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Dhunche

  • Drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche (about 6-7 hours by bus or jeep).

Day 2: Dhunche to Thulo Syabru

  • Trek from Dhunche to Thulo Syabru (5-6 hours trek).
